Darcy Gibbons Vice President
Darcy joined Pioneer Roofing Co. in 2011 as Estimator
and brings over 20 years of construction experience
in both the commercial and residential construction
fields.
Darcy was promoted to Vice President in February 2024 and will be handling the day-to-day operations and management of the company.
Prior to joining the Pioneer Roofing team,
Darcy worked as a Construction Superintendent for commercial
and residential construction projects throughout the
United States, as well as the Phoenix Metro area.
Darcy
is married, has three children and grandchildren.
In his free time, Darcy enjoys spending time with his
family, traveling, and supporting the Arizona Diamondbacks. |

Jesse Floyd, Superintendent
Jesse joined Pioneer Roofing in 2015 as a foreman bringing over 30 years of roofing experience.
Jesse was promoted to Superintendent in January 2022.
In his spare time, Jesse enjoys watching NASCAR, the Phoenix Suns, and the Arizona Cardinals. |

Gregg Hearns, Service Manager
Originally from Southern California, Gregg has been with Pioneer Roofing Co. since 1997 where he began as a built-up roofing crew member. Gregg was promoted to job foreman where he was responsible for the day to day activities and general well-being of his crew.
In 2018, Gregg was promoted to Service Manager. He is responsible for scheduling the service crew, ordering material and equipment for the service department repairs, and providing bids for maintenance and / or repairs for Pioneer’s customers.
In his free time, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and granddaughter, along with shooting pool, fishing, and watching his beloved Las Vegas Raiders. |

April Wilson, Controller
April has been with Pioneer Roofing since 1999 and brings over 30 years of accounting experience
in construction with her.
She is responsible for all of our accounting functions including Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costing, and Payroll.
She has as Associates Degree in Accounting from
Mesa College.
April enjoys spending time with her Air Force veteran daughter and her son with whom she
has a granddaughter.
In her free time, April enjoys bowling, horseback riding and talking about
her beloved Dallas Cowboys..
