About Us - Our Company History
Pioneer Roofing Co. was founded by Joseph Bueche in 1967 and with the cornerstone principles of high ethical standards, unparalleled workmanship, and unwavering customer satisfaction. Since its founding, Pioneer Roofing Co. has installed just about every type of commercial roofing and waterproofing system on the market, including built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, single ply, tile, shingles, elastomeric coatings, between slab and below grade waterproofing. Pioneer Roofing Co. is proud of the fact that a majority of our commercial roofing and waterproofing work comes from repeat customers. Today, Joe Bueche’s son, Robert, is the current president and runs the day to day operations of the company.
Our Core Qualities
We believe our number one asset is our experience. Each of our sales staff has a minimum of 25 years of roofing and/or general construction experience. Our President, Vice President, Chief Estimator and Field Superintendent have at least 25 years of employment with Pioneer Roofing Co.
Roofing System Knowledge:
Pioneer Roofing Co. is an approved applicator for a myriad of roofing manufacturers, including Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville, Performance, and Tremco. Our sales staff and field personnel continually receive roof system training from manufacturers to insure they are up to date on the latest in roofing materials and application procedures. Over the years this training has included garden roof systems, solar roofing, and green roofing systems. In addition, Pioneer Roofing Co. is an experienced installer of between slab and below grade waterproofing systems, manufactured by W. R. Grace, Hydrotech, and Carlisle, to list a few.
Pioneer Roofing Co. knows how difficult it is to find and keep satisfied customers in today’s marketplace. Over the years, we have prided ourselves on our outstanding track record and reputation for roofing projects on schedule, at cost, and installed correctly the first time. We provide excellent value by identifying conflicts and potential problems before they occur. Our customers are treated as “partners” and their wants and needs are clearly identified so we can offer the most advantageous features and benefits of a given roofing/waterproofing system to them. If we haven’t exceeded a customer’s expectations, we haven’t done our job!
